These terms apply to refuvia.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Separate documents apply to care itself. When you book a visit you will be asked to agree to the telehealth platform's terms and to consent to telehealth, and those govern your treatment, your payments, and your records.

What this website is

This site describes physician-directed telehealth services and connects you to the platform where care is delivered. All medical services are provided by HLY Medical Group PA through clinicians licensed in the state where you are located. The website itself does not provide medical care, and nothing on it is medical advice.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and located in the United States. Care is available only where a clinician can lawfully provide it, and some treatments are not offered in every state. You agree that the information you give during intake is true and complete, because your clinician relies on it.

Treatment is a clinical decision

Nothing you read, book, or pay for guarantees a prescription. A licensed clinician decides what is appropriate for you after reviewing your history, your symptoms, and, where it applies, your labs. Treatment is prescribed only where it is medically necessary. A clinician can decline to prescribe, prescribe something different, ask for more information, or refer you to in-person care.

Prices, payment, and cancellation

• Prices shown on this site are current when published and can change. The price that applies is the one shown when you check out.
• Refuvia does not bill insurance. Care is paid for directly. Many treatments are eligible for HSA and FSA funds, though eligibility is set by your plan administrator and not by us.
• Where a program renews each month, it keeps renewing until you cancel, and you can cancel before the next renewal.
• Medication that has already been prepared or shipped, and lab work already performed, generally cannot be refunded. If timing matters, ask the care team before you cancel.

Medication and shipping

Prescriptions are filled by licensed pharmacies, including compounding pharmacies, and shipped to the address you give. Delivery times depend on the pharmacy and the carrier. Store medication as instructed, keep it away from children, and never share a prescription with anyone else.

Lab testing

Lab tests ordered through Refuvia are performed by independent laboratories, and availability depends on where you live. A result is information for your clinician to interpret with you. It is not a diagnosis on its own.

Using the site properly

• Do not use the site to break the law, or to try to obtain medication for anyone other than yourself.
• Do not misrepresent who you are. Beyond breaching these terms, it can be unsafe.
• Do not interfere with the site, scrape it at scale, or try to reach systems you are not authorized to use.

Messages

If you give us your number, you agree that we and the care team can contact you about your care and your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, and use the unsubscribe link to stop marketing email. Stopping messages does not cancel a treatment plan, so tell the care team if that is what you want.

Our content

The text, photographs, graphics, and design on this site belong to Refuvia Wellness or its licensors. You are welcome to read and share pages. You may not copy the content for commercial use without permission.

Other companies' services

This site links to the telehealth platform and to other services we do not control and are not responsible for. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you are there.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that everything on it is complete and current at every moment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Refuvia Wellness and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits any right you have within the care relationship itself.

Claims caused by your use

If your use of this site breaks these terms or the law, and a claim is brought because of it, you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur as a result, including legal fees.

Changes

We can change the site and these terms. A new version appears here with a new date. If you keep using the site afterward, the updated terms apply to you.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Refuvia Wellness maintains its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Before filing anything, email us and give us 30 days to sort the problem out, which usually works. If it does not, disputes will be brought in the courts of that state, unless the law gives you the right to bring your claim somewhere else.

If part of this does not hold

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms, together with the documents you agree to when you start care, are the whole agreement between us about this website.
